Current and active projects – 2023

1. Koala Population Monitoring – Drone, Audio Array and Spotlight Surveys

            Partnered with DPI, MCC, LLS and Uni. of Newc (funding pending Grant applications).

       

       2. Koala Health Monitoring – Scat analysis (chlamydia testing)

            Partnered with University of Sydney.

 

       3.  Wildlife/Stock Drinkers – Intergrated stock and wildlife water system, cattle troughs on

             the ground and elevated small volume arboreal drinkers (pending Grant applications).

 

       4. Rewilding creek lines – Fencing and native revegetation of 15km of ephemeral creek lines                using locally collected endemic seed and seedlings.

 

       5. Wild dog predation study of endangered fauna – Scat and stomach content analysis.

        Partnered with Local Land Services and Mid Coast Council.

 

        6. Carbon Farming – 140 hectares carbon farming project providing also providing additional          native wildlife habitat
